Renewal policy
When placing an order a customer can select one of the following payment methods: Direct Debit, CARD, Bank transfer. If Direct Debit or CARD is selected, the customer has to provide card details or Direct Debit details. This way customer enables us to charge them on subscription expiration date (which is order date+365 days). They can as well refuse from renewal by visiting the website and cancelling pending renewal order. Then no charge happens and subscription simply expires. If, however, a bank transfer option is selected, we do not charge customers on subscription expiration date. Their subscription expires and they can simply go and buy a new one.
